お支払い時期は、ご利用の決済方法により異なります。

予約販売商品・長期予約商品につきましては、商品ページに記載の内容をご確認ください。
長期予約商品の場合、発送時期に合わせて決済が確定される場合がございます。

商品のお届け時期

通常商品は、ご注文確定後、できる限り早く発送準備を進め、通常1〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。

発送完了後は、追跡番号を記載したメールをお送りいたしますので、商品到着まで安心してお待ちください。

予約販売商品につきましては、各商品ページに記載の発送予定時期に基づき、順次発送いたします。

入荷状況・生産状況・天候・配送状況により、発送時期が前後する場合がございます。
発送予定に変更がある場合は、確認でき次第ご案内いたします。

Regular items will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible after your order is confirmed, and will usually be shipped within 1–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, so you can wait for your package with confidence.

Pre-order items will be shipped in order according to the estimated shipping period listed on each product page.

The shipping schedule may change depending on stock arrival, production status, weather conditions, or delivery circumstances.
If there are any changes to the estimated shipping schedule, we will inform you as soon as the details are confirmed.

返品について

商品に欠陥・不良・誤配送がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

商品到着後は、必ず内容をご確認ください。
万が一、不良品・誤配送がございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせください。

内容を確認後、交換または返金にて誠意をもって対応させていただきます。

サイズ違い・イメージ違い・カラー間違い・ご注文間違いなどによる返品・交換はお受けできませんので、ご注文前に商品詳細・サイズ・カラーを必ずご確認ください。
