■ ご注文・お支払いについて
Q. 支払い方法は何がありますか？
A. BASEかんたん決済に対応しています。クレジットカード、キャリア決済、銀行振込、コンビニ決済・Pay-easy、PayPay、PAY IDあと払いなどがご利用いただけます（手数料がかかる方法もあります）。
Q. 注文内容を変更・キャンセルできますか？
A. 発送前であれば対応できる場合があります。お早めにお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。発送後の変更・キャンセルはお受けできません。
■ 送料・配送について
Q. 送料はいくらですか？
A. 国内は全国一律700円です。ご注文金額が5,000円以上の場合、国内送料は無料になります。
Q. 注文から何日で届きますか？
A. 通常商品は、ご注文確定後1〜5営業日以内にヤマト運輸（追跡番号付き）で発送します。予約販売商品は、各商品ページに記載の発送予定時期に順次発送します。
Q. 海外からも購入できますか？
A. はい。BASEの「かんたん海外販売」を通じてご購入いただけます。お届けの目安はご注文から約1〜3週間（国・地域により異なります）。国により、現地で関税・消費税等のお支払いが必要になる場合があります（お客様のご負担です）。
■ サイズ・商品について
Q. サイズ選びで迷っています。
A. 各商品ページのサイズ表・サイズガイドをご確認ください。ゴーグルはフレーム幅約18cm／高さ約10cm／ノーズ幅約7cmです。ミトンは手囲いを目安にお選びください（S 21〜22cm／M 22〜23cm／L 23〜24cm／XL 24〜25cm）。迷った場合は大きめがおすすめです。
Q. 売り切れの商品は再入荷しますか？
A. 商品により異なります。再入荷が決まった際は、Instagram（@spread_snow）でもお知らせします。
■ 返品・交換について
Q. 返品・交換はできますか？
A. 商品に欠陥・不良がある場合、または誤配送の場合を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。サイズ違い・イメージ違い・カラー間違い・ご注文間違いも対象外ですので、ご購入前にサイズ・カラーをよくご確認ください。不良品・誤配送の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせください。

営業時間：平日10:00〜17:00（土日祝日は定休日）。お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。受信設定で「thebase.in」と「yahoo.co.jp」からのメールを受け取れるようご確認ください。

- Shipping (Japan): flat 700 JPY; free for orders of 5,000 JPY or more.
- Dispatch: in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days by Yamato Transport with tracking. Pre-order items ship around the date shown on each product page.
- International orders: available through BASE's international purchase support service. Delivery takes approx. 1-3 weeks depending on the destination. Customs duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sizes: please check the size chart on each product page. Goggles: frame width approx. 18 cm / height approx. 10 cm / nose width approx. 7 cm. Mittens (hand circumference): S 21-22 cm / M 22-23 cm / L 23-24 cm / XL 24-25 cm.
- Returns: we accept returns or exchanges only for defective items or shipping errors reported within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns for size, color or change-of-mind reasons, so please check carefully before ordering.
